Jenn has been working with my mom for the past two months. During our consultation, Jenn asked Mom to describe her current health problems and to share some goals with her. We have seen an improvement in Mom's strength, movement and posture. Mom has Parkinson's and sometimes has a hard time understanding the simple exercise, but Jenn is very patient and explains and even models the exercise as well as explaining the purpose of the exercise. Jenn is very kind and compassionate as she works with my Mom. After just the second session, Mom said, "I really like Jenn. She does a good job of helping me understand what I'm supposed to do. She is very patient." Jenn is also able to adjust the planned exercises if Mom is having a hard time concentrating or has some discomfort. Jenn has a good understanding of the challenges facing Parkinson's patients and has a desire to see them live a quality life and improve their health.

Jenn listens to what your needs are and works out a plan best suited for you. Her forte is working with people who have a special need. Jenn took special interest in my personal training. She provided me with Nutrition information along with a personalized training program. She took time to listen to my goals and any physical limitations that I had. She monitored my progress on a regular basis and introduced me to different exercise procedures, so that I would not be doing the same thing at each workout. She encouraged me at each session, and kept me on track. I always looked forward to seeing her and get my training in. I highly recommend Jenn for your nutritional and exercise sessions.
